Just catching up here and thought I'd update. Joy is nearly a year old, and it's just gone soooo fast. I've been mad busy, we've had a few ups and downs in the family, but all on the up now, I started a new job in October which I'm loving, and life is good - busy busy busy, but good. I took a bit of time out from the charity, but getting back to it now with the Mini Marathon registration open. Joy is doing great, she's such a happy baby, bit frustrated at the moment because she's desperate to get moving, but very happy and smiley. I can't remember what life was like before she was born. So happy to read so many happy news, I hope these stories give hope to anyone who might be reading. xxx
Hello, I had a ectopic pregnancy in February this year and now i just made the pregnancy test and I am pregnant again! I made already the appointment for EPU for 8 of October and till then I am bit scared! I hope will be ok this time!!! I am positive but the fear is still there, somewhere..... You think i should go to my GP and have some blood test before, until i have the app on EPU? Thank you!
congratulation on this wonderful news! How far along will you be on the 8th of October? I guess at least 7 weeks? If so I would definitely go to your gp and get hcg tested 48 hours apart to be on the safe side. So if you go on monday you go again on wednesday and the value should roughly double. if the trend isn't as wanted you must call the hospital again and bring forward your appointment, you can be seen as early as 5 weeks but the hospital may be reluctant to see you earlier than 6 weeks. Keep us posted!
