Hi there, I am new to this page and I am grateful there is such a page. Thank you.
My story is as follows, 2 years ttc, went to fertility clinic August 2018, had unexplained infertility. Did all the timed sexual intercourse, ovitrelle injection, then letrozole with no result. April 2019 had first round of ivf ended in chemical pregnancy. Then had second round of ivf in August 2019 got 1 top quality day 5 embryo transferred, 5 weeks 3 days had sharp pain in left side, went to early pregnancy unit, eptopic pregnancy diagnosed, admitted to hospital repeat hcgs done 5 days later had ruptured eptopic pregnancy so had laparoscopy with removal of left tube. Consultant stated I had grade 2 endometriosis and the other tube is healthy. I never had any symptoms of endometriosis and he couldn’t do anything with it as it was on my bladder ... is our chance of conceiving naturally gone now 🙈I know miracles can happen it’s all so stressful and upsetting. I still have a sharp pain in my left side 14 days post procedure when I bend or sit upright, and new onset lower back pain - does anyone know if this is normal ? I’m ok walking and lying flat . Also just wondering when can we start trying again ? Do we have to wait till I get my period or what’s the story? I will only ovulate every second month is this correct? I still have one frozen embryo- can anyone tell me when is the best time to transfer is ? I am praying to god this will work out for us this time as don’t think I can deal with more disappointment... I would be grateful for any answers to the above xx
